Comprehensive user support is offered by the Ten~25 support network, operating from head office in the south and the regional base in Scotland. Immediate access to Support is provided via our Helpdesk, and our Support Analysts run call-logging software to prioritise and resolve calls efficiently. Remote-access modems are used to ensure a swift response, avoiding delay and travel costs - on-site attention is also available for more detailed investigations and system consultancy.
The standard Support contract operates from 09:00 to 17:30 Mon-Fri. An extended Support Contract is available for the following hours:
