• Graphical reports embedded into trading system – Users can view reports from within their personal dashboard, or by launching the report viewer application.
  
  
• Drill down through summary reports to detail – Reports can start by showing summary detail such as sales for a branch and allow the User to drill into the Product Categories, then into Product Groups and down to the individual products.
  
  
• Reporting directory to view, print and export – Each user has a directory of reports they are able to access.  With suitable seniority they are able to refresh the report data, print reports and export the report.
  
  
• Export reports – Reports can be exported to Excel spreadsheets, Word Documents, html pages, Acrobat .pdf documents, flat .csv .rtf files.
  
  
• Add custom reports to standard system reports – System reports can be added to the standard system reports.  The system reports can be used as templates for bespoke requirements.
  
  
• Automatic schedule to refresh report data – Large reports can be set to refresh overnight minimising the requirements on the server and the network.
  
  
• Automatic Report printing – Reports can be scheduled to be run and printed on any printer on your Windows network on a day and time to suit you.
  
  
• Automatic Report distribution by e-mail – Choose reports to be run and sent directly to Users, suppliers or customers on a timed basis via e-mail.  These reports can be embedded in the e-mail or attached as Acrobat .pdf documents.
  
  
• Report request via e-mail – Key Users or customers can send an e-mail to the system with instructions in the Subject, this runs a report on the system and e-mails the answer back to them.
