Once you have a solid foundation of data being recorded in the business the key to efficiency and successful decision-making is reporting and alerting.
The STRIP5 system uses Crystal Reports from Business Objects to deliver graphical reporting across the organisation. Reports are written by a few ‘power users’ within the business, (or by Ten-25 Software on your behalf), using the Crystal Report Writer. Your reports can then either be viewed by users from within the STRIP5 Trading system, or distributed automatically via e-mail.
The optional Taskcentre Alerting Module makes a STRIP5 system pro-active. It keeps a watchful eye on the business checking for late deliveries, changing credit statuses, low margins, products out of stock, anything you want to track. When a problem is identified key members of staff, suppliers or customers can be warned by printed report, website update, e-mail or SMS (text message).
