From Order Processing to System Administration, Ten~25 can provide training for every area of IT operation.
Training can take place on-site, or participants can come to Ten~25 to join other users at our regular Training Seminars.
Training on 3rd party software such as Crystal Reports is also available. We can instruct end users to be "trainers" who can then teach those skills to the rest of your company.
So what goes into a training course?
If desired, Ten~25 can offer an analysis of training requirements, including assessment of the skill requirements for the system and the most appropriate methods for user training.
Before a course participants will receive an agenda. The agenda for Training Seminars is fixed. However, for personal on-site training, it will be discussed and tailored to fit your individual requirements.
Where possible, courses will be a mix of theoretical teaching and hands-on practical sessions. Networked computers will be available when training is held at Ten~25 offices.
Training Workbooks have been compiled to aide learning during the course and give the attendee a source of reference when they are back at work.
At the end of each course an assessment form is completed by attendees. You may optionally choose to undergo a formal assessment 4-6 weeks after course completion. This ensures that practical use is being made of new skills and identifies any areas where additional training is required.
