The automated faxing module can send individual or batches of documents. It will try each number three times and print out a copy for posting if it was not able to get through.
There are four sub-modules that go to make up the full Document Management Solution. All four are optional and can be added to a STRIP5 system individually or as a package:
EDI is a bespoke development to get two systems to trade business documents. It has largely been super ceded by XML, however if you have a current EDI relationship with your customers or suppliers Ten~25 can look at replicated that link on your STRIP5 system.
XML is a developing standard designed to make business systems ‘trade’ documents. Ten-25 has successful implementations with several of the standards and are happy to discuss any requirements you may have.
Please Note:
It is worth noting that most software systems say they can “do XML”, because the output of an XML formatted document is very simple. The challenge is to be able to take in an XML document and make something useful from it. There are a myriad of little differences between systems that can prevent the smooth exchange of data. If you are interested in trading data via XML it is worth having a deeper discussion with system suppliers, rather than ticking the ‘does XML’ box and moving on.
Based on data secured from national postal authorities and other leading data sources, QuickAddress captures, authenticates, cleans and maintains name and address records.
