BUSINESS AS USUAL
While we don’t want to tempt fate, the nature of our business allows us to continue trading uninterrupted. Our team can work effectively from home, without compromising the quality or availability of service.
MERCHANTER CUSTOMERS & PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
One of the huge advantages of a true cloud-based system is that it can be operated and updated remotely.
We have launched an online demo system to allow customers interested in Merchanter to try it for themselves at a time that suits them. It’s simple to use so we doubt you’ll need assistance taking it for a spin, but if you would rather have some help, we can happily arrange for a guided online demo instead. INSTALLATION, ONBOARDING & TRAINING
While we would of course prefer to see our customers in person, we are able to conduct all demo, onboarding and training remotely.
Remote onboarding and training has many advantages; it’s less time consuming and disruptive for you and your staff, and of course it keeps everyone safer. It also means your staff can have training flexibly and remotely from home if they’re not in the office, so it really does offer a great deal of convenience.
YOUR HARDWARE, NO EXTRA RISK
Merchanter is a true cloud system, meaning it can be accessed as easily as a website through your internet browser. There is no need for other hardware or shared equipment, reducing the risks for your workforce.
SAFETY MEASURES FOR SITE VISITS
Thankfully we are able to resolve the majority of customer queries remotely, without a need for site visits. On the rare occasions that site visits are required for users of our older systems like UniTrade 360, we will of course comply with all health and safety recommendations and procedures to keep our customers safe.
HELPDESK SERVICE OPERATING AS USUAL
Our friendly helpdesk team is in place and working their usual hours to ensure we provide a seamless support service for our customers. You can email or phone as usual and there should be no difference in the service levels we provide.
