UT400 - Contact View

When communicating with a contact on UT400 you need to have all the relevant information at your fingertips.

The contact view shows the contact details and preferences for the contact, and summary information about their company, including trading KPIs, activity timeline, company information, user notes and sales/purchasing analysis.

Any call, email or relevant information can be simply recorded as a Note, appearing in the contact and customer timeline.
