How do I get started?

Just fill out the form below, and we will send you login details and a few starter notes. And that’s it. You can log in from your laptop or PC/Mac to have a play. Merchanter also runs on tablets and smartphones but please note that the demo system has not been optimised for those screens, so you will get the best performance from a laptop or PC.

Don't I need someone to show me how it works?

Merchanter is easy to use. We have removed much of the complexity of traditional merchant business systems, making it more intuitive and simple to operate – in other words, it works how you’d want it to. That’s why we are confident in letting people trial it without a tech or sales person hovering over your (virtual) shoulder.

However, if you would like to have a guided demo with a team member to show you all the advanced features of the system, we would be very happy to set that up. It can be done remotely, so it’s quick, convenient and keeps your staff safe.

A few things to note

When we email you, you’ll get some guidance notes to show you around, and give you a few pointers to get your started. There are a few important things to note (which we will remind you of in the email, so don’t worry!)

  • This data is demonstration data, so you can “buy” and “sell” items to properly experience the process

  • Emails you send in the online demo will actually send – so be careful what details you include!

  • If you do an invoicing run, emails will go to a dummy account unless you enter a different email address

  • You’ll get the best performance from a laptop or PC, as the demo system is not optimised for tablet or smartphone screens so it won’t look as good as it should!

  • Feel free to send sample documents to yourself or colleagues but please note that use of the demo system is confidential and should not be shared outside your team

  • Printing is turned off for Merchanter demo.
